He charges for parts and labor separately, believes in complete transparency on the rate being charged, the service provided, and how much it actually costs him for the parts. The difference is immediately recognizable when his quote is almost half the price of any other auto shop in the area for the exact same service. Some mechanics like to introduce new issues so they can ensure repeat business, but this auto care center does what they promise, and they do it right. Nuop Design Holiday kiosk in Union Square NYC (seasonal)   I generally keep my reviews limited to bars, restaurants, and lounges in New York City, but I feel compelled to document the service I received from these gentlemen earlier today. By far, hands down, the best service I have ever received from a retailer as long as I have ever had a dollar to spend. Every business in the tristate area should send someone down to Union Square to meet these men and see how they do business. I won't get into the details of their exchange policy, but the grace with which they handled it separates them from all other retailers in any business.
