I generally keep my reviews limited to bars, restaurants, and lounges in New York City, but I feel compelled to document the service I received from these gentlemen earlier today. By far, hands down, the best service I have ever received from a retailer as long as I have ever had a dollar to spend. Every business in the tristate area should send someone down to Union Square to meet these men and see how they do business. I won't get into the details of their exchange policy, but the grace with which they handled it separates them from all other retailers in any business. Bravo!
